Dawie Beyers' Portfolio

Dawie Beyers practices as a partner at the firm Beyers & Day, a small firm with three partners in Brooklyn, Pretoria. Dawie specialises in High Court litigation and has a special preference for family law matters.

Dawie has been active in various formal structures of the organised profession over a long time. He is presently serving his second term on the Gauteng Law Council which represents approximately 9 000 attorneys practicing in Gauteng.

During 2008/2009 he was Chairperson of the Gauteng Law Council and he also serves on various sub-committes thereof and he has organised a number of seminars on family law topics within Gauteng.

He is also a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces' (LSNP) pro bono sub-committee.

He has been a member of the Association of Pretoria Attorneys Executive Committee since 2005.
