Introduction to mediation – a practitioner’s guide

The Pretoria Attorneys’ Association cordially invites all legal practitioners to attend a webinar on mediation for practitioners.

The first in a series of mediation and litigation webinars, the presentation is a valuable tool for legal practitioners, and serves as a foundation for the online discussions to follow.

Specialized follow-up mediation segments such as workplace mediation, construction law-mediation, RAF-mediation, medical negligence mediation, family law mediation and advanced commercial mediation will also be made available for purchase as a convenient downloadable recording.
