Revised Consolidated 18 September 2021 Directive re Court Operations in the Gauteng Division of the High Court during the extended National State of Disaster issued on 11 June 2021

Please find below the revised consolidated Directive regarding court operations in the High Courts of the Gauteng Division.

Unless specifically stated otherwise herein, the directives are effective immediately upon publication 11 June 2021. The 18 September 2020 Consolidated Directive and the 27 November 2020 Notice regarding non-compliance with the 18 September 2020 Consolidated Directive are withdrawn and replaced with this Revised Consolidated Directive. This Directive should be read with the Revised Directive 1 of 2021 (issued on 11 June 2021) in as far as it relates to Civil Trials in both High Courts of the Gauteng Division.
