We draw your attention to the Companies and Liaison Committee meeting held on the 10^th of November 2017, from which you will note that the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”) has addressed the concerns raised by the Pretoria Attorneys’ Association in Annexure “D” to the Minutes of Meeting.

Kindly take note that any concerns or enquiries of members not successfully addressed or resolved via the normal channels of the CIPC, must be escalated to the Secretariat of the Company Liaison Committee who has been designated for this purpose and the aforesaid person is Vuyani Nkohla and he can be e-mailed on VNkohla@cipc.co.za.

We also urge all members to bring any further concerns which have not been raised in the aforesaid Minutes of Meeting to the attention of the Pretoria Attorneys’ Association, so that we may take this up on your behalf on a quarterly basis with the Companies Liaison Committee.
