A court order was granted by the Honourable Prinsloo J wherein the Minister of Rural Development and the Registrar of Deeds are immediately interdicted from implementing the decision to be taken by the Minister regarding the demarcation process. The interdict will remain in force pending the final determination of an application to review the Minister’s proposed decision.
