In line with the departmental Circular 27 of 2018, the Deeds Office Pretoria will close at 10:00 on Thursday 29 March 2018.

There will be a double registration on 28 March 2018 and Deeds may be put forward for registration on this day.

Lodgement of deeds on 29 March will be accepted from 08:00 to 09:00. No late lodgement will be accepted on this day.

Registration will only be available for deeds that must register on month end 29 March 2018. However conveyancers will have to make provision and be available to execute deeds between 08:00 and 09:30. No late registrations will be provided for.
